Ogun Records is a British jazz label, founded in 1974 by South African bass player Harry Miller and his wife Hazel. After moving to the UK, Miller set up the label to record new British jazz by artists such as Keith Tippett, Mike Osborne, Elton Dean, Lol Coxhill, Harry Beckett and Trevor Watts.
The bulk of Ogun's original albums was released in the 1970s, although the label is still active today. After Harry Miller was killed in a car accident in 1983, his wife put out a handful more vinyl LPs in the late 1980s, before switching to the CD format entirely.
