Lucky Eleven Records was founded by Otis Ellis and Chuck Slaughter in 1959 in Flint, Michigan. It was an independent record label that primarily released 7" singles only until the mid-1960s. Its three LP releases were all by local rock band Terry Knight And The Pack, with the last two albums carrying the same catalogue number but different titles and track listings.
The independent label became distributed by Philadelphia-based Cameo-Parkway Records around 1966/67 and its recordings are now owned by ABKCO Records, a re-issue label which includes the re-release of Cameo-Parkway product.
first Lucky Eleven label (1966)
The first Lucky Eleven label was released when the label was likely still independent, as any reference to Cameo Parkway is missing.
second Lucky Eleven label (1967 - 1969)
The second label is identical, just the line 'Dist. by Cameo Parkway Records, Inc.' was added, along with the CP logo at the bottom center.
