Label Guide: Natural Resources

Natural Resources Records was founded in 1972 as a minor subsidiary label of Motown Records for white artists and instrumental albums. The label issued just seven albums in 1972/73 and one more LP in 1976. In 1978 it was remodeled into a reissue label for old Motown/Gordy/Soul albums and compilations of older recordings. The last Natural Resources album was released in 1979.
