Label Guide: IRT

IRT (Industria de Radio y Television) was a state-owned Chilean record label, based in Santiago de Chile. The label was founded when the Chilean government nationalized the Chilean branch of RCA Victor (Corporacion De Radio De Chile) in 1972. IRT released some very interesting psychedelic folk albums in the early 1970s.
